This checklist is derived from the official LADBS ADU Correction Sheet (PC/STR/Corr.Lst.20A1, Rev. 8/03/2021), the same list plan check engineers use during review. Items we've actually resolved are checked + green; items in the "Coming soon" tier show a pending pill (no checkmark) until the underlying generator ships. Not legal or engineering advice.
