Affiliate tiers
All tiers operate under a single master agreement. The affiliate picks a current tier at signing and can change tier later without re-signing the agreement.
Tier 1, Backlink Exchange
Free
Affiliate places a “Featured on PermitPathLA” badge + backlink on their site. PermitPathLA lists the affiliate on /pros/[trade] at no cost. No money flows in either direction.
Tier 2, Sponsored Placement
Flat monthly advertising fee
Elevated visibility on the affiliate's category directory, the wizard recommendation step, and geography-matched area pages. Disclosed to users as “Sponsored” per FTC Endorsement Guides. Flat monthly fee, not a per-lead fee.
Tier 3, Per-Qualified-Lead
Per-lead fee
Per-qualified-lead fee for warm, address-verified homeowner contacts who explicitly consented to outreach in the affiliate's category. Eligible categories defined in the master agreement. Higher-risk tier, requires more compliance discipline from the affiliate (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, licensing-board rules).
Tier 4, Custom-Domain Pro-Site
$500 setup, hosting included
Separate one-time service, not part of the master affiliate agreement. PermitPathLA builds and hosts a website on the affiliate's own domain (yourname.com) using our template, the affiliate controls content, lead capture routes to the affiliate's email.

Your firm appears in /standard-plans at no cost; the listing pulls from the LADBS approved-plans roster directly. Reach out below about Tier 2 sponsored placement, co-marketing on relevant area pages, or having inquiries routed to you when a homeowner selects your firm in the wizard.
