lytemods™ S275-01 is a self-contained 275 sqft Studio ADU with 240 sqft of Interior Living Space. Measuring 16' 7" X 16' 7", this rectangular shaped units open floor plan, provides maximum functionality and efficiency. The front door opens to a spacious living, dining & kitchen space. A vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, and energy efficient windows add to the units charm. Double sliding glass doors welcome in sunlight and add to the openness of the unit. The living area easily fits a queen size sofa bed. The full bath features modern fixtures, tiles, and cabinetry.
