Connect Homes is a leading modular housing provider with a 100,000sf factory in San Bernardino and an architecture studio in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Connect Homes housing system emerged from a decade of research on how to make high-modern, green architecture more affordable to the mass- market. On average, a 2,000sf house comes off their industry-leading assembly line every six working days amounting now to 80 completed homes in California. Connect Homes turns beautiful glass and steel homes into a product that more people can afford.

The results are modular prefab homes that mimic spatial and aesthetic qualities of mid-century modern California residential architecture – at half the time and cost of conventional construction. Steel frame modules allow clients to place glass anywhere in the home to optimize spatial connection to the outdoors, making small homes feel much more spacious – and creating dream-worthy California living. Unlike other prefab providers, Connect Homes delivers and installs its houses, providing clients with a turn-key process and the most price assurance in the industry.
