Our homes come standard with 12-foot vaulted ceilings, large folding glass doors, smart home controls, central heating and cooling, built-in cabinetry, dimmable LED lighting, and in-unit washer and dryer. All models include energy-efficient GE or Bosch appliances.

We currently offer 10 pre-designed home models to choose from, each designed for different lot sizes, budgets, and living needs. Two of these models are pre-approved by the City of Los Angeles, streamlining the permitting process and reducing project timelines.
