About Bright Space LLC
Bright Space is committed to creating design that will increase the value of spaces. The value of space comes from the people and activities it could attract and host. Our design explores the various possibilities a space could be utilized, and how its value is influenced. Over the years, we design residential, industrial, and commercial buildings that provide innovative solutions to landowners and help to increase the value of their properties.
This building has a simple gable roof construction. The center of this house has a higher ceiling height, to provide a more comfortable and open living space. The two extruding sides of this house is lower, includes the bathroom, built-in bed/office area, kitchen, etc. In front of the entrance, there is a porch area with sunshade, to provide sun protection and privacy to its residence. The outdoor porch area is designed as an extension of the main living area. It can be easily accessible via the tri-panel sliding glass door.
The plan can provide 2 different furniture layout options to address the different needs of a family.
